Privacy
PrepIQ Hub is free and needs no account. This page says exactly what we collect when you use it, why, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.
Who is responsible
PrepIQ Hub is operated by ANT LLP. For anything on this page, write to privacy@prepiqhub.com.
What we collect
If you never sign in — which is the normal way to use this site — we store a random identifier in your browser, in a cookie named prepiq_anon and in local storage. It is a random number. It is not linked to your name, email or phone, and we cannot use it to identify you. Against it we record the practice papers you take: which questions you were shown, which options you selected, how long you spent, and your score.
We also record technical information every website receives: your IP address, browser and device type, the country your request came from, and the page that referred you.
If you create an account we additionally store your email address and a one-way hash of your password. We never store the password itself.
Why we collect it
- To show you your score, your topic-by-topic accuracy and your weakest topic.
- To let you resume an unfinished paper for up to seven days.
- To work out which questions are too easy, too hard, or wrongly keyed.
- To keep the service available and to detect abuse.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
- The anonymous identifier expires one year after your last visit. Clearing your browser data removes it immediately, and your practice history becomes unreachable.
- Practice attempts are kept while your account exists, or one year if anonymous.
- Account records are deleted when you delete your account.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and, where it applies, the UK and EU GDPR, you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent. Write to privacy@prepiqhub.com and we will respond within thirty days.
If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or to your national supervisory authority in the UK or EU.
Cookies and advertising
We set one cookie of our own, prepiq_anon, which holds the random identifier described above. It is what makes your score and your resumable paper work.
This site is funded by advertising, and we use Google AdSense to serve it. Google and its partners set their own cookies and may use them, and your IP address and browsing on this site, to choose which advertisements you are shown. That processing is Google’s, not ours, and we do not send them your practice answers, your scores or anything you type.
You can review and change what Google uses at My Ad Center, and read how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
We run no advertising on practice material for examinations whose candidates are mainly under 18, and no lead capture anywhere.
Children
This service is not directed at children under 18, and some of the examinations we publish practice material for are taken by candidates under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from a child beyond the anonymous identifier described above, and we run no advertising or lead capture on material aimed at a minor audience.
Changes
Advertising was added on 13 August 2026 and this page was updated in the same change. If we later begin sharing details with education partners — which is switched off today and gated on a separate compliance review — this page will be updated before that starts, not after, and the date at the top will change.
